bf11 Platform Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the bf11 online gaming platform and all its users ("player" or "you"). By creating an account on bf11 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and apply to users residing in the Bangladeshi market. Any person who disagrees with these Terms is requested to refrain from using the bf11 platform.

bf11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment takes effect means you have accepted the updated Terms. The date of the latest amendment will be noted at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the bf11 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity — meaning you must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions.
• You must place bets using your own legitimate funds.
• Creating a new account is prohibited if you have a previously closed or banned account with bf11.

bf11 may request identity verification documents, including proof of age, at any time. Refusal to provide the required documents or provision of false information will result in immediate account closure, and funds may be confiscated.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Each individual may hold only one account on bf11. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported to the bf11 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bf11 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or government-issued photo ID. bf11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into your bf11 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only. Depositing using a third-party account or a mobile banking number registered in someone else's name is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or account verification are pending.

bf11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for technical reasons or for a security review. This decision applies for as long as the relevant reason exists.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bf11 offers new players a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), calculated on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated with the bonus offer.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another while a bonus is active, unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bf11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• These general terms apply to all promotions, including VIP program benefits.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

All betting and gaming activity on the bf11 platform is governed by these Terms and the relevant game-specific rules. Once a player confirms a bet, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in software or hardware causes incorrect results to be displayed, bf11 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the amount staked on that bet. bf11 also reserves the right not to pay out "winnings" resulting from such technical errors.

6.3 Game Fairness

All games on the bf11 platform are operated with a guarantee of impartiality and fair play. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and not predetermined.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf11 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system (including bonus arbitrage).
• Using unauthorized software, bots, or automated tools on any game or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other players.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the bf11 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bf11 or its content providers. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or commercially using this content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is non-modifiable, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf11 is not liable for:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• Loss caused by errors or outages from third-party game providers.
• Financial loss resulting from the player's own decisions.
• Loss caused by unauthorized access to the platform where the player's own negligence was a contributing factor.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In any circumstance, bf11's total liability will not exceed the total amount you have deposited during the period related to the specific claim.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by bf11

bf11 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and a request must be made to withdraw any remaining balance. A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming.

11. Changes to Terms

bf11 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, players will be notified via their account or through a notice on the website.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms take effect means you have accepted the new Terms. If you object to the new Terms, you must request to close your account.
